Following the Annual General Meeting held at Fromehall Mill on 1st November 2024, where the current board resigned and the passing of the 22nd November deadline agreed upon at the AGM with no new board appointed, FMCBS is now winding up.
We have prepared an online form for members to complete regarding the return or reallocation of share funds less a small processing fee by the financial platform used. Any reallocated funds will be used to partially repay a personal loan given by one of the founders at the birth of this community project.
